Students of the Month

Every month we nominate 4 students who exemplify the theme of the month.

February 2024

Caring

Showing a genuine concern for others and being a kind, supportive helper

Emily 8th Grade

Emily was nominated because she is always willing to help her friends when they are sad and cares by being intentional about building friendships.

Tala 10th Grade

Tala was nominated because he does a great job of showing he cares when he plays basketball. He passes the ball and makes sure everyone gets a chance to be included.

Paola 8th Grade

Paola was nominated because she shows caring by supporting her friends at sports events and going out of her way to give gifts to her friends.

Riely 8th Grade

Riely was nominated because he expresses genuine concern and care for his friends when they are going through a hard time.

Respectful
Recognizing, considering and appreciating the rights, beliefs, practices and differences of others

Dylan 11th Grade

Dylan was nominated because he is always conscious of others and respects adult figures.

Loris 8th Grade

Loris was nominated because he is always listening respectfully during announcements, and not causing any distractions.

Cyrus 10th Grade

Cyrus was nominated because he is so nice and polite. Also, while we played a game of pool he used super positive language showed great sportsmanship then afterwards he came and helped me clean the food zone and even tried to refuse a reward because he just wanted to help out.

Jayden 6th Grade

Jayden was nominated because when one of the kitchen volunteers spilled the water bucket, Jayden rushed to get napkins and help her clean up without ever being asked for help. He was so respectful and so sweet.
